POLICIES AND AGREEMENT
The following is the Workshop Policies and Agreement between YOU, the Attendee and Kathleen Vergara, the PHOTOGRAPHER.

Tuition Fee:

Workshop Tuition Fee is CAD $995.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT - Register and pay retainer on or before March 30, 2019 and receive CAD $100 off. Discount is applied on the FINAL Instalment.

Payable in 3 instalments as follows :

CAD $395    -      NON REFUNDABLE retainer due at the time of booking to secure your spot.
CAD $300    -      instalment due April 30, 2019
CAD $300   -      instalment due May 30, 2019 (or $200 for Early Bird Discount)

The workshop is limited to 8 attendees plus host. In circumstances where under 5 spots sell, the Photographer has the right to cancel workshop and will refund any payments made. Please DO NOT book flights and accommodation yet until you receive confirmation from the Photographer.

All information discussed, given, or shared with you at the workshop is for the workshop attendee only and should not be discussed in part, or in its entirety, with any photographer or persons who have not attended the workshop. All materials are protected under copyright law and should not be distributed without the express consent of the Photographer. All images taken on the day can be shared on social media but it is recommended that you credit the Photographer and the workshop.

CANCELLATION

This workshop is NON-REFUNDABLE - If you are unable to attend the workshop for whatever reason, you maybe able to sell your spot to another photographer provided it is discussed first with the Photographer. A refund of the balance paid (CAD $545) will only be refunded when another photographer has filled and paid for your spot. CAD $250 retainer fee remains non refundable.

In the very unfortunate circumstances where the Attendee has fallen ill and cannot attend the workshop. The Attendee has the option to apply payments made to future workshops anywhere in the world or use funds to purchase photography products (digital backdrops, videos) from Kath V. Photography Shop.

In the unfortunate event that the Photographer become ill or for any other reason the Photographer is unable to conduct the workshop, your deposit and further instalments will be refunded in full. You agree that the maximum liability of the Photographer to the attendee arising out of the non-performance of the workshop, will be to refund the attendee of the workshop tuition fee only. *
